AMANDA AND NICK
I met up with Amanda and Nick at Two Rivers Park on a Saturday afternoon. I had done a shoot here in the Fall with Eloise and John for their anniversary so I was pretty familiar with the location. Two weeks prior to shooting I had scouted out the location and knew that if we just gave it a little more time, we’d have the perfect backdrop that we wanted. And lo and behold, spring has hit Little Rock in an awesome way. The trees are full, the grass is green and the weather is absolutely perfect. Amanda wore a beautiful red dress that gave perfect contrast to the bright blue sky and green grass. And of course, Lambo, their amazing dog made it to the shoot as well! He was such a well behaved little guy! Amanda and Nick are such a fun and energetic couple too. You can tell by just looking at them for a few minutes how in love they really are. All I had to do was leave them alone for a second and they would start laughing and giggling which made for some incredibly romantic and unique photos. After photographing for a bit at Two Rivers Park, we decided to head over to The William J Clinton Presidential Library for a couple of night photos. We wanted to get the lights from the bridges behind Amanda and Nick. And while we were at it, we figured we’d make one final stop at the Arkansas Capitol Building! I loved every single minute of this session. Amanda and Nick could not have been any cooler and I really can’t wait to shoot their wedding in November!
